toctocai Terms of Service: Toc Toc Dance Video Tool

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using toctocai you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and refund policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

You upload a dancer photo (and optionally a background photo), and toctocai uses AI (ByteDance's Seedance 2.0 Mini video model) to create a new 10-second vertical video of the person or pet in the dancer photo doing the viral Toc Toc dance in the classic room or in the place shown in your background photo. The clip is generated, not filmed. Results vary between photos and between runs, and we cannot promise a particular look or likeness.

toctocai is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the creators of the Toc Toc trend or anyone shown in it.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Credits and payment

• Videos are paid for with credits bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• One video uses a fixed number of credits shown on the pricing page. Credits are valid for one year from purchase.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases.
• If a video fails to render, the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically. See the refund policy for refunds.

5. Your photo and your video

You keep your rights in your photo. You give us permission to process it, store it and send it to our AI providers only to make and deliver your video, as described in the privacy policy.

You may download the finished video and post it anywhere, including TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Please say it is AI-generated and do not present it as real footage. The video comes with a Toc Toc style soundtrack generated by the AI. We do not supply or license the original recording, so you are responsible for the sound you post it with and may replace it with one you have the right to use. The video contains no watermark added by us.

6. Photos you may and may not upload

You may upload only photos you have the right to use: yourself, a pet, or a friend who clearly agreed. When you upload, you confirm that you have that right and that you are 18 or older.

You may not upload:

• photos of other people without their clear permission;
• photos of celebrities or public figures, or any attempt to impersonate someone;
• photos of anyone under 18;
• nude, sexual, violent, gory, hateful or otherwise illegal content;
• anything that infringes someone else's rights or that you do not have the right to use.

Zero tolerance

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any sexual or otherwise unsafe content involving minors. Any attempt to create it is banned immediately, the content is removed, and we report it to the authorities where the law requires or allows.

You must not use toctocai to create:

• non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of anyone, including "nudify" or undress edits;
• deepfakes that make a real person other than yourself appear to say or do something, or that pass a fake video off as the real person;
• content that promotes terrorism, extremism or violence against people.

Having someone's permission does not make the content above allowed.

7. Moderation, reporting and enforcement

How we moderate

• Uploads and generated videos: every photo and every generated video passes through the content safety checks of our AI video provider. Content that fails is rejected and no video is delivered. These checks run automatically on every request.
• Our own review: we remove or block any upload or video we find, or are told about, that breaks these rules. We do not review every video by hand, so reports from users matter.

How to report

Email contact@toctocai.online with the subject "Report", or use the contact page. Please include the link or a short description of the video and what is wrong. We keep the reporter's identity private. Knowingly false reports may be ignored.

How fast we respond

• Child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake of a real person: we reply within 24 hours and act within 48 hours.
• Any other violation of these rules: we reply within 3 business days and act within 7 business days.

If we need more time, we tell the reporter why.

What we may do

We may refuse, remove or stop processing any upload or video that breaks these rules, issue a warning, suspend or close the account, and refuse refunds for credits on an account closed for breaking these rules. For the most serious cases we ban the account permanently and report to the authorities. If you think we got a decision wrong, email us and a different review will be made within 10 business days.

8. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. AI output can be wrong, odd or unlike the person in the photo. We do not promise the service will always be available or error-free.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
